We don’t have to be fully healed to be worthy of love.

We don’t have to be fully healed to be worthy of love.

We don’t have to fix ourselves first, prove ourselves ready, or carry the entire burden alone before we allow ourselves to be loved.

We heal in love.

We heal in the presence of those who are safe enough, steady enough, and willing enough to walk with us through the hard moments.

We heal in relationships where it is safe to be seen in our mess and our tenderness, to feel, to speak, to fall apart and find ourselves again.

We heal in love that does not punish our vulnerability, but welcomes it.

We heal when we are loved in our humanity, not only in our strength.

And this is true for all relationships: friendships, conscious partnerships, even the therapeutic space.

Healing is not an isolated journey of perfection. It is a relational process, an invitation to let others witness us, hold us, mirror back to us who we truly are beyond the pain.

If you’ve been waiting until you are fully healed to open yourself to connection, remember: you are worthy of being loved while you heal, not just after.

And those who are standing next to you, walk beside you when you go through fire of transformation, those are your people and they deserve the best version of yourself.

Sending love for all of you brave enough to walk on your path to healing and growth!

Sending gratitude to all of you who are part and support for other’s Journey, holding their hand, being a compassionate mirror for their becoming!

And for all of you who feel lonely on your path, know that you are seen and appreciated!

You are not alone!

You are doing great!

You are brave!

You are seen!

You are loved!
