This work uses the same relational, nervous-system-aware approach as Individual Sessions, with specific attention to the emotional realities of womanhood and motherhood.


Format: In person or online


A supportive space for mothers to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

This offering is for women — especially mothers — who are navigating the inner complexity of caregiving, identity shifts, and emotional responsibility.

Rather than focusing on “doing motherhood better,” this work creates space to understand what is being carried, respond with more compassion, and remain connected to yourself while caring for others.


This Support May Be Helpful If You Want To:

  • respond to parenting challenges from a more grounded place
  • understand your emotional reactions and triggers with greater clarity
  • reflect on how your own early experiences influence your parenting
  • create more emotional steadiness in family life
  • honor your needs, limits, and inner world alongside motherhood
  • stay connected to your sense of self as a woman, not only as a caregiver


This work is not about perfection or fixing patterns.

It is about presence, awareness, and choice.


How This Work Is Held

Within individual sessions, we gently explore:

  • emotional responses that arise in motherhood or caregiving
  • nervous system states such as overwhelm, exhaustion, or reactivity
  • the intersection of womanhood, identity, and responsibility
  • ways to remain connected to yourself while showing up for others


This approach is trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware, guided by curiosity, consent, and respect for your pace.


Motherhood Support is offered:

  • as part of ongoing Individual Sessions, or
  • through occasional focused sessions, depending on your needs
