My role is not to rescue, fix, or direct your life.
I offer presence, guidance, and a steady relational space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — at a pace your nervous system can trust.
This is what I mean when I say I “hold space.”
What This Space Is
Holding space means creating a calm, respectful environment where you are not judged, rushed, analyzed, or pressured to change.
It is a space where:
I walk alongside you as you explore what you carry — not to take it away, but to help you relate to it differently.
How I Support You
In our work together, I offer trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware support to help you:
This work is not about reliving the past or forcing insight.
It is about learning how to be with yourself in a safer, more present way.
On Healing and Change
I do not believe healing comes from being fixed.
Healing unfolds when there is:
From this place, change happens naturally — not because it is demanded, but because the system no longer needs to protect in the same way.
Creativity, Expression, and Voice
For some people, healing includes words, movement, or creative expression.
When it feels supportive, I may invite gentle forms of reflection, writing, or embodied awareness — not as performance or art therapy, but as ways of giving voice to inner experience.
Expression becomes a way to make meaning, not something to get “right.”
A Note on Scope
My work is educational and supportive in nature.
I do not offer psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment in the United States.
What I offer is presence, guidance, and a relational space that supports awareness, regulation, and self-connection.
What It Means to Hold Space
To hold space means being willing to walk alongside another person without trying to fix them, judge them, or control their process.
As Peter A. Levine reminds us:
“Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.”
This work is about being that witness — steady, compassionate, and human.
If you are ready to slow down, listen inward, and relate to yourself with more honesty and care, I am here.
Not to lead your life —
but to walk beside you as you find your own way forward.
With presence,
Aniela
