A space for women

A space for women

A grounded, trauma-informed space for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and live with greater safety and presence.

There is often a quiet moment that brings a woman here.

Not a dramatic awakening —

but a gentle knowing.

A sense that holding everything together has come at a cost.

That strength, responsibility, and care for others have left little room for rest, softness, or truth.

You may be capable, resilient, and outwardly “fine,”

yet inside feel tired, disconnected, or unsure of yourself.

You may long for:

  • deeper connection with your body and emotions
  • relationships that feel safer and more honest
  • a way of living that doesn’t require constant effort
  • space to breathe, feel, and be real

If you are here, something in you may be asking for more safety, more presence, and more alignment.

This Space May Be Supportive If You:

  • feel impacted by early experiences, emotional neglect, or long-term stress
  • notice patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, over-giving, or over-functioning
  • feel disconnected from your body, intuition, or inner signals
  • are navigating motherhood, caregiving, grief, or life transitions
  • are tired of surviving and curious about what it means to live with more ease

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about reclaiming parts of yourself that were set aside in order to cope.

Your voice.

Your inner truth.

Your right to feel safe and at home in your own life.

How I Hold This Work

I offer trauma-informed, nervous-system-based support that honors the pace and wisdom of the body.

This is a space where:

  • healing is not rushed
  • survival patterns are met with compassion, not judgment
  • safety comes before insight
  • presence matters more than performance

Together, we explore how your nervous system learned to adapt — and how, with awareness and gentleness, new ways of responding can slowly emerge.

While I do not offer psychotherapy or mental health treatment in the United States, my work is informed by decades of clinical psychology and trauma-sensitive training, held within clear ethical boundaries.

In Our Work Together, You May Learn To:

  • build a greater sense of safety within your body
  • understand long-standing patterns without self-blame
  • strengthen emotional awareness and self-trust
  • relate to yourself and others with more steadiness and clarity
  • live with greater alignment between your inner life and outer world

This is not about fixing what is “wrong.”

It is about learning how to be with yourself differently.

A Gentle Note on Inclusion

While my work is especially attuned to women’s experiences,

I welcome anyone who feels drawn to this approach and resonates with the values of safety, presence, and compassion.

You do not have to be ready.

You do not have to know exactly what you need.

If something here resonates, you are welcome to reach out — whether from clarity or curiosity.

You are worthy of a life that feels rooted, spacious, and truly yours.

And this work begins not with effort, but with safety.

With presence,

Aniela
