Holding space for others on their journey of healing, transformation, and awakening is not just my profession—it is my purpose.


With over 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and psychosomatic therapist, I bring a gentle, heart-centered, and trauma-informed approach to our work together. My practice weaves together Compassionate Inquiry, mindfulness coaching, meditation, creative expression through writing and movement, and nervous system awareness, supporting your healing in a way that feels safe and aligned with your truth.

I hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychosomatic Psychotherapy, a 330-hour professional training in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté, and certification as a mindfulness coach. I remain dedicated to my own healing and growth, continually learning so I can guide others with integrity, presence, and compassion.

Over the years, I have studied with teachers who have deeply shaped my work and being, including Gabor Maté, Tara Brach, Matt Kahn, Daniel Siegel, Jack Kornfield, and Kristin Neff.


I am here to create a safe, nurturing space for you to heal, find your voice, and step into the life you deserve—at your own pace, with gentle guidance and unwavering presence.
