Throughout the year, I offer workshops and retreats designed to create space away from urgency, where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels true for you.
These gatherings are not about fixing or pushing for change. They are about creating the conditions for insight, regulation, and meaningful connection — with yourself, your body, and others.
Each offering is carefully structured, with clear agreements and gentle facilitation, allowing participants to engage at their own pace.

Workshops and retreats are educational and experiential in nature.
They are not therapy and are not designed for crisis support.
You are welcome exactly as you are — whether you come with questions, curiosity, or simply the desire to pause.
