Individual sessions offer a consistent, relational space to explore your inner experience with presence, curiosity, and compassion. This work is not about fixing or diagnosing, but about building awareness, safety, and self-connection over time.
Sessions are guided by your pace and intention, with attention to what is happening in the present moment — emotionally, physically, and relationally.
