This one-time consultation is designed for people who want space to pause, reflect, and understand what they’re carrying, without committing to ongoing sessions.

It offers a calm, attentive environment where you can explore what feels most present in your life right now — with care, perspective, and respect for your pace.


This Consultation May Be Helpful If You:

  • want a thoughtful, experienced perspective but are not seeking ongoing sessions
  • feel at a crossroads and want clarity about what you’re noticing internally
  • want help understanding patterns or challenges that feel confusing or stuck
  • are navigating a transition and need space to reflect before making decisions
  • value a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach that honors autonomy

There is no pressure to continue beyond this session.


What We May Explore Together

In this extended session, we may gently explore:

  • what feels most alive or challenging in your current experience
  • how past experiences may still influence present patterns
  • the ways you’ve learned to cope — and what feels supportive or limiting now
  • what might help you move forward with more clarity and steadiness


This is not an assessment or diagnosis.

It is a reflective, relational conversation held with curiosity and care.

My approach is grounded in presence, nervous-system awareness, and Compassionate Inquiry–informed perspectives. I offer reflection, inquiry, and perspective — not advice, fixing, or direction.

The intention is to support understanding and self-connection, so you can sense what feels right for you moving forward.
