Healing Circles & Group Support

Small, facilitated group spaces for connection, reflection, and shared presence.

Healing Circles are gently structured group experiences designed to offer connection without pressure, and reflection without forcing personal disclosure.

These circles are not about fixing or processing intensely. They are about being together in a regulated, respectful space, where listening, pacing, and nervous-system safety are central.

Group work offers something unique: the experience of recognizing yourself in others — and realizing you don’t have to carry everything alone.


What These Circles Offer

Within each circle, we create a steady, facilitated environment that may include:

  • guided reflection and mindful presence
  • gentle somatic grounding practices
  • optional sharing and attentive listening
  • exploration of common themes such as self-worth, boundaries, and relational patterns

Participation is always invitational. Silence and listening are as welcome as speaking.


These Circles May Be Supportive If You:

  • want to feel less alone in your inner experience
  • value shared reflection in a calm, contained setting
  • are curious about group work but want a gentle entry point
  • want to learn ways of staying present with emotions and others
  • appreciate thoughtful facilitation and clear group agreements


A Note on Structure

Healing Circles are small, time-limited groups with clear boundaries and expectations.

They are not therapy groups, and they are not designed for crisis support.


Details about themes, duration, and format will be shared as each circle opens.
