We create a safe space for you to develop an intimate, compassionate, and kind relationship with your Heart.

In the space that we create:
You learn how to offer the acceptance and support for yourself that others haven't provided to you.
You learn how to slow down, relax your body, find stillness, breathe, and quiet your mind in order to create a safe space for your healing.
You learn how to speak with your inner child with loving, caring words he was never able to say in the past. Emotional healing is a Journey to freedom and wholeness through loving, self-caring reparenting. You will learn how to be for yourself the parent you never had.
You will learn how to speak to yourself with words that others (oftentimes parents or caregivers) didn't say to you when you needed most and you wanted to hear. These words will become your “Love declaration” that can be spoken to yourself as often as necessary.
You will learn how to make peace with your inner child, your innocence, and your heart by no longer defining your sense of worth by the past or present unconscious actions of others.
You will take responsibility for your healing and well-being and, even if you can not change the past, you can understand it, and change how you react to what happened to you.
You will have a new understanding of what is trauma - a disconnection from yourself as a result of what happened inside you, not to you. Trauma is a psychic wound. (Gabor Maté).

You will have the support and the safe space that you need to process your past wounds, release your stagnant energy from your body and rewire your nervous system for living a more balanced life.
