
What is needed to be able to let go, to release?
Nothing can be released by fighting it.
To heal our hearts we need to let go of fear, resentment, and anger, and embrace compassion and gratitude!
Fear hurts. Only Love heals.
“To release something within us that no longer serves us (but we have an attachment to), cannot be let go of fully until we first look at what we can learn from it to benefit our growth and then although it may seem odd, we need to befriend it enough so the ties may loosen in order to be set free.
We have unconsciously built a relationship with it.
