The lives of people who are meant to heal each other often cross paths suddenly, and they feel as if they’ve known each other for a long time. Some souls are familiar with each other from long ago.🤍
I’ve lived enough, loved enough, and lost enough to know: nothing is by accident.
The people who walk into our lives, sometimes quietly, sometimes with the force of a storm, are never random. Whether they stay for a season or shift our world entirely, they come with a purpose. Some arrive to awaken us. Others to challenge us. Some to show us what we still need to heal. And a few… to help us remember who we truly are.
I’ve met souls who felt like home before I knew their name. Connections that bypassed logic and timelines. People who arrived when I was on my knees, or when I was just starting to rise. And even those who broke my heart open, especially them, have shaped my becoming.
I used to question why certain people entered my life at such pivotal, sometimes painful moments. Now, I understand. Life has its own rhythm. Its own divine choreography. And it always knows what we need, even when we don’t.
As a therapist and as a woman who has lived through deep love, loss, grief, and rebuilding, I’ve seen this truth over and over again, in myself, and in those I sit with. The universe, Spirit, life… whatever you call it… sends people to meet us at the edge of our growth. Not to fix us. But to reflect something vital. To bring a lesson, a healing, a reminder. To hold a mirror up to what we’ve buried or forgotten.
Some souls come with an ancient recognition. You don’t know how you know them, you just do. It’s in the way you feel safe in their presence. Or in how your nervous system softens. Or how they trigger something you never allowed yourself to feel before. That familiarity is not accidental. It’s sacred.
We are not here to walk this path alone.
And we are not meant to stay the same.
Every person we meet has a role in the story of our healing and becoming. And the beauty is, we have that same potential in their story too. To meet someone in their dark night of the soul, to offer presence without pressure, to hold space without needing to change them, that too, is healing.
So if someone enters your life and you feel that soul-deep recognition, pause. Feel. Listen. Don’t rush to define it. Just be there. These are the moments that shape us. The connections that awaken something ancient in us. The presence that reminds us: you are not alone on this journey.
Let me ask you:
Who are the people who entered your life at exactly the right moment?
May we honor every soul who crossed our path with purpose.
May we receive their presence with reverence, even if their stay was brief.
May we trust the timing of every connection.
And may we keep becoming, again and again, through love, through loss, through the sacred dance of human connection.
Thank you to all of you who crossed my path, being part of my journey! 🙏🏻
Sending you love,🤍
