Some Souls Are Familiar From Long Ago

Some Souls Are Familiar From Long Ago

Some souls enter your life

like they’ve been waiting for the right moment,

not a second too early,

not a heartbeat too late.

You don’t know how you know them,

but you do.

In the way your breath slows when they speak.

In the way your body softens,

like it’s found something it forgot it was longing for.

These are the ones who don’t just arrive,

they return.

From some place beyond reason,

beyond time.

You feel it in your chest before your mind catches up.

Recognition.

Resonance.

Remembrance.

Not everyone who enters your life is meant to stay.

But some are meant to stir the parts of you that have been sleeping.

To crack open the walls you built in the name of safety.

To reflect back a version of you

that you buried long ago

beneath fear, survival, and forgetting.

Some will trigger your healing.

Some will teach you how to stay.

Some will teach you how to let go.

All of them will shape the becoming of you.

There is no randomness in this dance.

No mistake in the timing.

Only the sacred choreography of souls

finding their way back to each other

for a season, a lesson,

a lifetime…

or a single moment that changes everything.

May you trust the timing of every soul you meet.

May you honor the ones who came to awaken you.

May you keep your heart soft, your spirit open,

and your path lit by the love that once felt like home.

May you pay attention and be mindful of this encounters.

May you truly be grateful for people who come in your life and change you forever.

Much love,🤍
