If you’ve done your inner work you are uncomfortable

If you’ve done your inner work you are uncomfortable

Because you can feel when something is not aligned with your needs, and you’re no longer afraid to say no.

You can sense when someone is trying to make you part of their problem, and you calmly find yourself stepping away.

You can tell when they project their unresolved pain onto you, and you don’t rush in to save them, because you know better now.

You hold your ground.

You stay centered through storms.

You don’t react, you respond.

You are your own anchor.

And that feels good to you.

But threatening to those who once fed off your confusion, your need for approval, your lack of boundaries.

Now, you can smell the game.

You see the play.

And you choose not to act in a role that never belonged to you.

You stop apologizing for messes that aren’t yours.

You stop performing for love.

You stop betraying your needs to be chosen.

Now, you know what is good for you, not because it’s familiar,

but because your nervous system is finally at peace.

And you can breathe.

So no more chase.

No more proving.

No more begging to be seen.

You know your worth.

You say yes when it feels right, when your body relaxes, when peace lives in your chest.

You say no without guilt.

You ask for what you want.

You stop what you don’t like.

You make space for what feels safe and whole.

You can no longer be manipulated.

You’re no longer swayed by guilt or gaslighting.

You’re no longer hooked by fear.

And that is hard to accept for those who once held power over your pain.

Because now…

You belong to yourself.

And that’s a dangerous thing for those who relied on your self-abandonment.

You are no longer desirable to those who fed on your insecurities.

For them, you’ve become too different.

Too strong.

Too sovereign.

They may try to pull you down.

Make you doubt your growth.

Tell you you’ve changed.

Tell you you’re too much now.

But you see through it all.

Because a healed woman knows the price she paid for her freedom.

And she will not hand it back to make others feel comfortable.

Her light is no longer dimmable.

Her soul is no longer available for control.

She is not angry. She is clear.

She is not defensive. She is grounded.

She is not hard. She is free.

Because healing gave her back to herself.

And no one gets to steal that again.

May you honor the strength it took to come home to yourself.

May you walk away from what dims your light without explanation.

May you choose peace over patterns.

May you speak your truth without trembling.

May you never again trade your freedom for approval.

And may you always remember,

You are not too much.

You are just no longer willing to be less.

Keep going!

Keep healing!

Keep shining!

Sending you my love,🤍
