Welcome to Mindful Healing TC
Where healing begins with safety.
I offer trauma-informed, nervous-system-based support for adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or quietly longing for something more grounded and true.
This is a calm, compassionate space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself — at a pace your nervous system can trust.
About Me
My name is Aniela Sarbu, and I am honored to walk alongside people on their journey of reconnection, healing, and self-understanding.
I am a trauma-informed nervous system practitioner, offering non-clinical emotional support, education, and guidance grounded in presence, compassion, and safety.
I bring over 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist trained and licensed in Europe, where I worked extensively with trauma, emotional regulation, attachment patterns, and relational healing.
After relocating to the United States, my work evolved into a non-clinical, nervous-system-focused practice that supports people in understanding how their bodies and emotions adapted to stress, trauma, and unmet needs.
My work is informed by Compassionate Inquiry, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and decades of clinical experience — while honoring the ethical boundaries of my current scope of practice in the U.S.
How I Work
I believe healing is not about fixing yourself or forcing change.
It is about helping your system feel safe enough to reconnect, soften, and respond with choice.
In our work together, we focus on:
While I do not offer clinical diagnosis or mental health treatment in the United States, my sessions provide a supportive, relational space for slowing down, increasing emotional awareness, and reconnecting with yourself in a grounded and respectful way.
This work is especially supportive for people navigating:
What You Can Expect
Our sessions are not about performance, analysis, or being “better.”
They are about:
Healing here means gently integrating the past while learning how to live more fully in the present — with safety and compassion.
If something in you feels ready to slow down, to listen, and to come home to yourself, you are welcome here.
I offer this work with care, humility, and respect for the pace of your nervous system.
With presence,
Aniela
