My work is grounded in decades of study, clinical experience, and ongoing personal inquiry.
I bring over 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist trained and licensed in Europe, where I worked extensively with emotional regulation, trauma, psychosomatic patterns, and relational dynamics.
After relocating to the United States, my work evolved into a non-clinical, trauma-informed, nervous-system-based practice, offering emotional support, education, and guidance while honoring clear ethical and scope boundaries.
Education & Training
My work is informed by an integrative understanding of mind, body, and emotional processes, with a strong emphasis on nervous system safety, awareness, and self-compassion.
Influences & Ongoing Learning

How This Shapes My Work
My background allows me to offer support that is:
I remain committed to my own ongoing learning, self-reflection, and personal growth, knowing that the quality of my presence matters as much as my training.
A Note on Scope
My services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment in the United States. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
